The anti-gravity is the change of the pressure mediation of the Ether. Since matter is dielectric, which is "electrical" in nature, using electricity alters the mediation of pressure in the Ether.
The electrical energy supplied to the flying saucer is radiant energy. Tesla's invention of the radiant energy receiver will create generators that use no fuel, and limitless energy.
Energy is generated through electronic circuits, where the resonant coil is the main factor that produces radiant energy. At first the energy coming from the environment is very small. One way of generating electricity is similar to generating electricity on a flying saucer, which is radiant energy:
1. Atomic structures like quantum physics as mentioned today are inaccurate. Thirteen matter is essentially bipolar Ether, each pole being an eddy current of Ether at speeds higher than the speed of light. So what we call the atom is in fact a special method of Ether (this special method is the dielectric): the condenser dielectric. Because light is a longitudinal disturbance of the dielectric on a coaxial circuit, it can be said:

2. Ether is elastic, giving rise to the so-called speed of light, which is actually the induction ratio to the main substance of the universe, the Ether.
